PLEASED to see racing ace Lewis Hamilton showing his One Love for my hero Bob Marley in Sunday's India Grand Prix. Lewis wore a commemorative helmet showing the singer's face in support of the Bob Marley Foundation after being approached by the Marley family.
The charity recruits celebs to raise awareness and cash to help save the 12 million people sick or dying from starvation in Eastern Africa. I met Bob's widow Rita, who founded the Foundation, while visiting Jamaica and she is passionate about fighting for social change on the Caribbean island and other countries such as Ghana where she is now living.
Jamaica is expecting a huge influx of tourists next year, for its 50th birthday celebrations, and this will be a financial boost for the local people. If you want to help them like Lewis, in the name of Marley, see www.bobmarleyfoundation.org
